Reviewed on 20th May 2011Very efficient parking service and didn't have to wait long for airport transfers even though we flew back at 11pm. Toilets at parking office were clean. My only minor complaint was a slightly off hand response from the receptionist to a question. I guess we all have our off days when under pressure.

Reviewed on 22nd January 2011The customer service at Airparks Gatwick was excellent,very polite,helpful and patient in explaining the procedure.The transport to the terminal was easy and a good driver. Just one item we found a problem, the directions given were not so easy to follow as it was a dark wet morning,and we found ourselves going around in circles.There should be more visible signs directing to AIRPARKS. We didnt find a sign showing AIRPARKS until we were in sight of the runway and a plane coming into land.
